Edzell is a small Georgian-era planned town with an interesting story, previously named Slateford, the settlement was expanded in 1840 and today boasts some stunning buildings and open spaces. The picturesque Edzell Castle with beautifully decorated gardens and the stunning Dalhousie Arch that welcomes you on arrival are just some of the features which give Edzell its charm.
